With the calendar, you'll be able to view all of your previous workouts in your current program as well as the next seven days of workouts. 


To view the calendar:


1. From the workout screen click the calendar icon at the top of the screen.




2. View the calendar. Today's date will be marked with a star.

3. All previously completed workouts will be marked green.

4. You can click back on any previous workout, as well as ahead 7 days.
